Assistant Manager Store Development



Your main responsibilities
• Direct reporting to Singaporean Property Development Director
• Responsible for producing design development drawings based on brand ship fit guidelines. Dealing with contractor to make sure that the final work aligns with the guideline and brand standard within budget approval.
Project Design Management
• Highly efficient at store design development drawings. Implement space effective designs in the store with an emphasis on operational effectiveness and maximized merchandising capacity
• Manages multiple projects both new store and renovation store from initial design concept through budget approval and final completion
• Ensure the construction drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards
• Interface with other teams (VM/Operations/Purchasing etc.) to adapt standard designs to specific sites
Contractor Management
• Dealing with contractor and review construction documents for accuracy, a high attention to detail and design and brand standard
• Fixture maintenance
• To check the store condition for necessary maintenance. Develop a maintenance program in order to make sure the fixtures are in good condition and repaired
Report and Budgets
• Provide monthly report and ensure annual goal in achieved and manage expense budget
Standardize policy
• Collaborating with internal and Brand on multiple projects
• Coordinate planning with brand for the store standardize alignment


• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related field
Professional background
• Minimum 5 years direct working experience in a leading retail brand and with a large multinational company
• Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD experience related to retail store
Skill set
• Good command of English/Thai both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and customer services skills
• Having knowledge of architectural practices

• Ability to adapt to changing business environments, solve problems and take advantage of opportunities to minimize project costs, maintain construction schedules and improve quality of completed facilities
• Ability to use critical thinking and creating ways to solve problems
