Summary:

The Airline Support Agent will work as a team to provide a 24/7 superior service to our airline customers in responding calls, email, and web channel upon the circumstances of troubleshooting, cooperate with other related teams.
Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide high quality and proactive service to customers (airlines)
• Understand customer requirements and issues and provide suitable and effective solutions
• Troubleshooting and follow up on customer requests & trouble tickets via telephone, Chat, email, and web-based media
• Plan and prioritize specific customer tasks by coordinating with the related internal teams in order to meet targeted delivery dates and customer expectations
• Continuous review of working processing and identify areas for improvement for how our customer service can be further optimized
• Provide back office services to the customer as contractually agreed
• Provide out of business hours support in conjunction with technical teams
• Constantly survey and monitor customer satisfaction and carry out regular service reviews, on-site if required

คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงาน

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Thai nationality
• 1-2 years’ experience on airline operation or communications related role
• Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, aviation business or an appropriate field
• Experience in customer service role will be an advantage
• Willingness to do shift work
• Ability to communicate in a multi-national environment
• Good command of written and spoken English with TOEIC minimum 650
• Japanese language skill will be advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill , good at building relationship with people from diverse background
• Good human relationship skills to ensure harmonious working environments both internally and externally
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good service orientated mind-set
