Product Manager – Paper&Household (Institute & Sanitary Business)



• Prepare & propose annual marketing plan
• Properly follow up, control and evaluate marketing activities and promptly propose necessary measure to direct toward objectives if necessary
• Coordinate and motivate all concerned parties for smooth and effective execution of marketing plan
• Monitor market with specific attention on product’s distribution, display, off-take, product’s condition to propose appropriate corrective measure
• Keep up with competitive activities and propose proper counter action activities if necessary
• Keep up with the economical market situation and propose necessary corrective measures
• Work in liaison with advertising agency for proper development of advertising strategy and effectively plan and execute advertising program to achieve marketing objectives
• Continuously identify market opportunities and propose new product development within company’s objectives & resources
• Be conscious of company and division expense and cost, optimize all kinds of expenditures
• Propose product cost saving whenever opportunity arises
• Effectively plan the production requirement and consequent optimum inventory level
• Prepare marketing reports such as Sales Performance and A&P report


• Male/Female, age at least 27 years old
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related field (FMCG is preferable)
• Master Degree in Marketing or related field
• Good creative, interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills
• Good planning and management skills
• Good strategic thinking skills, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Good time management skill
• Good command of written and spoken English
