• Able to demonstrate, challenge, develop, and lead staffs in pursuit of business sales plan objectives
• Control sales team, create script and drive teams to achieve targets
• Analyze their designated territory and develop a sales plan to achieve their sales target aligned with marketing strategy.
• Work closely with product specialist team to create some workshops to be a part of marketing strategy
• Able to travel up country to meet all key account customers
• Able to travel overseas for business meetings to present sales performance by brand
• Comprehend in-depth knowledge on core products and be able to convey fluently key message to customers at both individual and group level.
• Develop partnership with key accounts to fulfill their hospital supply needs by company products or services.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers and find new products.
• Report monthly on their activities and competitors’ activities and present all business activities each month
• Utilize effectively of all assigned Company’s resources and stock control to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
• Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on market information, competition, selling skill, and other information required to achieve the Company’s objectives.
• Encourage team in providing high quality service and demonstrate differentiation by leveraging internal expertise and support.
• Handle complaints from customers and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company.

คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงาน

Qualifications:
• Male / Female, Age 32-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Nursing, or related field. MBA will be a plus
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in the managerial level of Medical product in hospital
• Experience in Product Management Rehabilitation Product is a must
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and training skill
• Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English
• Able to travel with own transportation / company vehicle
