Marketing Specialist (International Call Products)



Responsibilities :
• Responsible for International Call and Traveller SIM products.
• Explore solution and technology to create the products that serve customer demand and need
• Explore new business opportunity including development to create new source of revenue
• Evaluate feasibility of new proposed products and business
• Negotiate with vendors or business partners to get appropriate costs and best deals.
• Define pricing strategy and set appropriate price level
• Cooperate with relevant teams such as Business integration, Engineer, Legal, Accounting, Billing & Settlement, Business partner, etc. to implement and launch products/business as planned
• Plan for distribution channel and the way to promote and communicate the new products to target customers. Cooperate with Channel Management and Marketing Communication teams to deploy it as planned
• Analyze customer usage data and design appropriate packages to offer to customers.
• Report product performance together with analysis
• Cooperate with Engineer and IT teams to solve customer problems and complaints related to the products


Qualifications :
• Male / Female, age 31-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication engineering and Master's degree in Marketing, Economic or in a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in Product Marketing, Product Development, and Business Development in Telecommunication or IT business would be an advantage
• Innovative thinking & Able to work with pressure
• Accountable and outcome oriented
• Good negotiation skill
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good command in English; TOEIC score of 700 or above (or TOEFL, IELTS equivalent)
