IT Manager 1 position (Urgent)



Responsibilities :

Managing an IT infrastructure Team in order to support all users
Managing a helpdesk and supporting all desktop/mobile users on hardware and software installation at all locations
Ensuring that adequate processes and standards are in place in order to provide required services to end users
Ensuring that asset controls are up-to-date and accurate
Monitoring wire and wireless access with security personnel on a daily basis and resolving all network ( Lan & Wan ) issues


Qualification :

Age 32 – 40 Years
Gender : Male / Female
Education : Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree
Major : Science IT / Comp. Social Sciences
Engineering Other Business Comp.
Experience : 5 Years in IT / Helpdesk support

Other :

At least 2 years of experience in managing an IT team
Excellent English Communication skills
Outstanding problem – solving and decision – making skills
