Assistant to AGM



1.Co-ordinate within division and across divisions
2.Co-ordinate, participate and develop annual business plan
3.Monitor and follow-up action plan implementation
4.Monthly division performance analysis
5.Participate in new projects and/or new products and/or new branches
6.Update progress report
7.Gather, support and analyze the information to AGM to make the best decision
8.Internal process improvement


1.Male, age between 40 - 45 years
2.Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related fields
3. At least 7 years directly experience in Financial Institute or related business
4. Knowledge in marketing, credit control and planning are consider an advantage
5. Good Systematic Analytical Skill, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill
6. Be able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing
7. Be able to travel to upcountry
8. Computer applications proficiency
