CRM Digital Campaign Analyst



Responsible for building all digital campaign within provided campaign management platform to support all airline’s branding, retention and marketing activities.
Take care of setting up campaign program, A/B testing, filtering leads, adding tracking code, and develop post-campaign analysis report.
Being the key person to resolve all digital campaign technical issues towards provided platform such as rendering issue.
Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
Require HTML ,CSS knowledge and able to do data mining in a large scale for customer segmentation for predictive analysis and possesses excellent analytical skill.
Participate in CRM development planning and implementation with emphasis on analytical CRM.
Provide customer insights and involve in planning customer relationship development program.


Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer science, Computer engineering, MIS or related field.
At least 2 years in building campaign in marketing automation platform such as Salesforce, Responsys, Experian etc.
Strong ability on HTML, CSS to create HTML digital campaign template and data collecting forms.
Good command of English language both written and spoken
Ability to work under pressure and deliver work within timeframe
