Support the SAP Team in planning, defining and managing implementation of Program changes and functional improvements. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is flexible and adaptable to change as the business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing a number of projects, the candidate must enjoy variety and demonstrate high levels of organizational skills and creative flair whilst at all times prioritizing his/her workload in order to meet deadlines and key objectives. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively with all business and developments teams. The core activities revolve around Requirement clarification, Architecture definition, Technology selection, Architecture evaluation, collaboration and detailed maintenance of records and documentation. The successful candidate will function as the Change Manager while reporting to the Head of IT, with freedom for independent initiative and judgment. The candidate will be responsible for the scope definition and its documentation and for the technical design and implementation of the agreed and approved changes. Specific duties include:
Identify Change requests amongst the centralized received tickets
Understanding of client requirements and translation of these requirements into functional specifications
Analyzing organizational needs and consulting of stakeholders in design and implementation
Review all Requests for Change to the applications for compliance and completeness
Conduct Business Impact Assessment & transition planning
Analyze existing processes underlying each Change request, determine and document process changes in the “to-be” processes
Schedule and organize Change Review Board meetings or other decision bodies
Liaise with stakeholders and technical staff
Negotiate appropriate change windows with the business for implementation and User testing.
Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Communicate and coordinate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
Ensure Solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Verify final product for Approval before launch. Manage Transport to productive systems.
Monitor and report on the status of changes and Identify and manage scheduling conflicts
Coordinating application activities with other business area and affiliates
Performs regular reporting to the customer about project progress
Ensure compliance to the change management process
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
Ensuring application and support availability and maintaining application security.
Documentation of implemented systems, Project records and processes
Reviewing statistics and monitoring analytics maintaining the applications’ health
Troubleshooting, solving and discovering issues with application usability and user experience
Conducting user trainings
Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or related.
Successful track record of managing and delivering SAP implementation projects for a minimum of 6 years
Having experiences in SAP application develop and deployment with strong knowledge of SAP standard functionalities
Good hands on technical background SAP working experience in SAP FI, CO, SD, MM Modules.
Knowledge of EWM, PI/PosDM, RFC, ABAP or IS-Retail would be a strong plus
SAP cross module support and Retail business is advantage.
Good knowledge of IDOC, and Interface functionalities.
Functional and technical experience with SAP Solution Manager
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
Good organizational, communication and presentation abilities
Project Management Skills, Strong analytical skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in MS Visio for concept, Landscape and process charting.
