Administrator – Tendering Department
Description of the role:

• Based at the head office.
• Required to carry out general administration works such as documentation and coordination for tender submission to the client / client’s consultants.
• Required to communicate with client, client’s consultant and suppliers, as necessary.
• Required to report to Tendering Manager / company management.


• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
• Benefits in addition to salary – medical insurance.
• Working hours – 9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Holiday allowance – as per the Thai law.


The candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Female Age 28+ (work experience 5 years or more).
• Hold a degree in business administration or construction related subject (Bachelor degree or above).
• Have previous working experience as an administrator or secretary in a construction company.
• Have some basic command of English.
