Talent Acquisition Specialist



Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.
Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
Build good relationships with the educational institutes and coordinate with external institution/people for promoting the Bank to graduated students.
Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.
Solve problems within scope of responsibility.


Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or related fields
Experience in Human Resource Management or Recruitment is a plus
Good Command of Spoken and Written English
A good team player
Ability to set strategy and plan
High energetic person
Be able to travel to upcountry
