Our client is the manufacturer of zinc/aluminum metallic coated steel with a major manufacturing plant in Map Ta Phut, Rayong as well as marketing and sales office in Bangkok.

Position: Retail Business Development Manager
Type: Full time
Job Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Assists VP Business Development to develop the capability of retail channel partners across Thailand. This includes developing the services, products and processes that drives retail channel partners growth that position as leading, premium metal roof supplier in Thailand.
• Will deliver strong profitability to channel partners through growth and expansion and that will result increasing EBIT and number of partners selling and positioning across Thailand
• Will increase the Company Brand exposure and engagement directly to end users and fixers.
• Retail channel growth is key plank in the Thailand strategic growth plan
• Develop the external Channel partners capability and service to end market
• Standardized the Authorized Dealer (AD) Market offer (sales, SC, Marketing)
• Roll out the AD platform
• Develop training and service program
• Expand the products and service market offer to Authorized Dealers
• Develop the market support package for Distributor channel
• Lead contributor to Retail Strategy Development
• Develop “Customer First” culture in retail channel team focused on value all stakeholders
• Maintains and builds up the relationships with all key stakeholders

คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงาน

Required Qualifications: (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)

• Bachelor degree Marketing, MBA is preferred
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Must demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and be goal oriented
• Must have strong network and relationship building skills, problem-solving, negotiating, and communication skills
• Ethics and values
• Functional & technical skills
